Covid-19
These are challenging times for everyone.
I'm here to help.
I follow CDC guidelines. Your safety and mine is important.
I can work remotely to resolve computer and network problems.
We can meet via Zoom when you're available.
My hours are flexible and I'll accommodate your schedule whether it be mornings, afternoons, nights or even some weekends.
I'm happy to work onsite. Before arriving, we'll talk about the virus and our health. I'll tell you where I've been and share my temperature. I'll ask you how you're feeling and if you've been around anyone with the virus.
I'll arrive with a Ben-can-do Attitude and a big smile, even if it's under an N95 mask. I wash my hands before and after our visit. I use lots of hand sanitizer. We'll keep our distance to preserve our existence.
I've worked with clients outside or in the garage. We can even have office hours on your deck or patio.
I offer no contact pickup and delivery service. I'll pickup your computer, repair or upgrade it, wipe it down with CDC approved wipes, then deliver it.
Honestly, business has been slow. I understand the reluctance to home services. Many local businesses are in trouble. But I'm here doing what I love - helping others with their technology.
